We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Fused Printing. Because our products are custom‑made using 3D printing, certain return conditions apply. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all parts and accessories. Custom or personalized 3D‑printed items may have limited return eligibility, except in cases of defects or incorrect orders.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Free of wear, modifications, or alterations

  • Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

3. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective or malfunctioning

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product does not match the description or specifications

  • Returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” may be limited due to the custom nature of 3D‑printed products.

  • Include photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.

  • Refund processing typically takes 10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
